  For a flat fee of $350*, an appraiser will spend up to 2 hours with you at your home or apartment:

​

• Review and value items you have identified as items of interest. We encourage you to have specific items out and ready for inspection.

• If requested, do a walk-through in your home and point out items of interest and potential value  

 

Should you decide you want to sell any of the items, we will act as your broker to find you the appropriate buyer or buyers, always receiving bids from at least 2 buyers. When it is competitive, the seller always wins. To avoid any conflict of interest and to abide by the Code of Ethics of the American Appraisers Association, we do not purchase any items we appraise. As an independent and impartial broker, the only interest we have is to elicit the highest value for your merchandise.
